New instrument at ARTORG
The newly acquired EVOS M7000 microscope from Thermo Fisher is a widefield fluorescence microscope, suitable for automated wellplate readouts and no-personal-contact imaging. The additional onstage incubator enables longterm live imaging of cells under a controlled environment. Furthermore, the proprietary Celeste software facilitates fast data collection such as counting cells, measuring confluency and 2D/3D convolution.
